After signing in as a shipper/broker, click on 'Post a Load' from your dashboard or the navigation menu. Fill in the required details about your freight including origin, destination, equipment type, and rate.

Browse available loads, find one that matches your route and equipment, and click on 'Book Load'. The shipper/broker will review your request and approve or reject it.

HaulFair facilitates connections between shippers/brokers and carriers. Payment terms and methods are negotiated directly between parties.

We support Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step Deck, Lowboy, Tanker, and Power Only equipment types.

Click on 'Profile' in the navigation menu to update your company information, contact details, and preferences.
